Meeting Times, Dates, and Places
All meetings will start at 7:00pm and should end by 8:00pm

*( the deadline is to insure that your team receives Tee Shirts in the quanitities and
sizes desired, however, teams may register up to one week before the event)
All meeting will be held at Carthage United Methodist Church, McReynolds St. Carthage,
3 blocks west of the old courthouse. Committee Members will be available for 30 min. after each meeting answer any questions.
The Team Capt. or a Team Representative should attend each meeting.
Each Team Capt. who attends or sends a representative will receive a gift at 2 of the scheduled meetings.( limit 1 per team) The Team that recuits the most new teams for this years Relay For Life will receive a special Gift.
